A detailed survey of the changing needs and aspirations of a wide spectrum of would-be home owners become our yardstick by which we measured up to your expectations. This survey gave us valuable insights in creating a township that was perfect for everyone. the location was chosen for its evocative features such as a majestic tree tat dominated the landscape, surrounded by green, serene contours and a river that added a sparkle. It was a location fit to inspire a painter and endear anyone looking for a place to start a new life. The proximity to the SEZ and Pune's IT district was to ensure that your work was just a walk away and you had more time at your disposal, and many options to truly enjoy these extra moments. We wished to build homes that had your uninhibited dreams as their foundations. Unique designs, an array of amenities and more such features helped us achieve this goal. The aim of this survey was to understand how to add value to our township by aligning to the changes taking places around us, because India and its demographics were changing! And KUL was committed to fulfilling every need of this new India.
